What are your shipping options?

Why hasn't my item arrived yet?

We will endeavour to keep you as up-to-date with courier information as possible. But please allow 10-14 days from purchase for us to package and ship your artwork. Any questions, just contact helenagbattye@gmail.com. 

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more info, please see our refund policy. 

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on your site?

Absolutely! Your personal security and safety is of paramount importance. As affiliates of Amazon Pay and Shopify Payments, we adhere to the strict electronic and physical measures to protect your devices and credit/debit card information from unauthorised access.
